Ethan Ennes, a mentally challenged teenager, had a violent outburst in his classroom. Teachers called the school police officer, Dave Schmoldt, to the room. Schmoldt tried to calm Ennes, but soon they were wrestling on the floor. Ennes later sued Schmoldt for excessive force, false arrest, and a variety of state-law torts. Ennes also sued Presque Isle County, alleging that it had failed to train and supervise Schmoldt. The district court granted summary judgment to the defendants. We affirm. I.
