Oakland County Employees’ Retirement System brought this consolidated class action on behalf of all the other similarly situated shareholders against Sotera Health Company and numerous related parties for alleged securities misrepresentations. The plaintiffs appeal the district court’s dismissal of their complaint for failure to state a claim. We AFFIRM. I.
