Dissatisfied with zoning restrictions and red tape, Plaintiffs Benjamin and Sarah Martin and Soil Friends, LLC, sued Charter Township of Comstock and related parties, raising both federal and state claims. The district court dismissed the case in its entirety based on absolute and qualified immunity. We AFFIRM. I.
