BOGGS, Circuit Judge. Laura Beny, a female African American tenured law professor at the University of Michigan Law School, brought this employment-discrimination and retaliation action against her employer and supervisor, the University of Michigan and Dean Mark West, respectively, after she faced disciplinary action. Beny alleged race discrimination, sex discrimination, and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and Michigan’s Elliott- Larsen Civil Rights Act. Beny also alleged a violation of the Equal Pay Act. The district court granted summary judgment in the defendants’ favor on all of Beny’s claims, and Beny appeals. We affirm. No. 24-1674, Beny v.
