CLAY, Circuit Judge. Plaintiff Deanna Johnson brings her second appeal1 before this Court against her former employer, Defendant Ford Motor Company. Plaintiff alleges that one of Defendant’s former employees sexually and racially harassed her during her employment by Defendant, in violation of Mich. Comp. Laws § 37.2101, et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and state common law. The case subsequently proceeded to trial, where a jury returned a verdict in favor of Defendant. Plaintiff then moved for a new trial, which the district court denied. Plaintiff now appeals the district court’s denial of her motion for new trial and also appeals the district court’s prior orders (1) denying Plaintiff leave to file an additional claim for retaliatory termination, and (2) dismissing Plaintiff’s quid pro…
