JANE B. STRANCH, Circuit Judge. Renard Montez Austin and Ursula Cook bring this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against the City of Detroit. The Plaintiffs seek to impose municipal liability on the City for alleged violations of their constitutional rights committed by a former employee of the Detroit Police Department, Michael Mosley. They allege that Mosley’s violative conduct was caused by the City’s deliberate failure to train and supervise its officers on proper search warrant procedures, and by the City’s custom of tolerating persistent constitutional violations by its officers.
