ORDER Robert Turben, an Indiana inmate, appeals the entry of summary judgment on his deliberate-indifference claims against a prison physician, Dr. Nancy Marthakis, for her treatment of his foot pain and diabetes. The district court concluded that no reasonable jury could find that Dr. Marthakis was deliberately indifferent to Turben’s medical needs.
